Allow approximately 25 minutes to reach the Cousteau Reserve and Malendure Beach in Bouillante. This villa rental in Deshaies is secured by a small gate and a parking space. In Deshaies, you will find all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay in Guadeloupe (gas station, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, shops, etc.). Allow approximately 1 hour by car to reach your vacation accommodation from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport.

A second bedroom with a bed of 160200 also opening onto the terrace, and finally, a third bedroom ideal for children with 2 beds of 90. These 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom. Villa somptueuse, moderne et à la fois du style local. Rien ne manque y compris le Ti Punch pour notre arrivée!!! Une vue à couper le souffle. Un calme absolu, aucun vis à vis, bref le paradis. Un grand merci à Adeline qui nous avait préparé tout ce qu'il y avait à faire dans les environs et ailleurs, de bonnes adresses de restos, elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes sans exception... Nous recommandons villa véo et ce coin de paradis à 200% les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons ici c'est certain, pour découvrir ce que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire ou passer encore plus de temps dans les endroits que nous avons adorés... Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
