Nestled just above the picturesque village of Deshaies, in a private estate of four seasonal rental villas, this villa enjoys a tranquil, unoverlooked setting. Located on the leeward coast, the villa is between 1h and 1h30 from the airport, depending on traffic, and just 5 minutes from the famous Grande Anse beach. Access to the villa is easy thanks to a free parking lot nearby, which also accommodates people with reduced mobility.
This haven of peace is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends, accommodating up to three couples for an unforgettable vacation. You can walk to the beach, port, shops and restaurants, but a vehicle is recommended to fully explore the beauty of the area. A recharging point for electric vehicles is available, and a vacuum cleaner is available for cleaning your car.

With a capacity of 6 people, plus a baby under 2 (cot provided), it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The master suite, with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and TV (Canalsat channels), benefits from a private bathroom with shower and WC. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), share a bathroom with shower and separate WC. Each bedroom has its own dedicated workspace.
The layout of the villa is ideal: on one level, it offers a 30 m² covered terrace, a real outdoor living space, with a sitting area, a dining area with a gas plancha available, a ceiling fan, and even a hammock for relaxing.
The private saltwater swimming pool (6 x 3 m), equipped with an underwater alarm for safety, is a real asset for your moments of relaxation with its 2 deckchairs. .
The fully fitted kitchen, with direct access to the terrace and an unobstructed view of the pool, is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso™ coffee machine, and even a rice cooker. For your well-being, the water is drinkable thanks to an osmosis system installed on site.
To complete your stay, free high-speed Wi-Fi access covers the entire villa, and towels are also provided

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
