The 4-star Annexe Coco is a contemporary villa set in a private estate above the charming village of Deshaies, on the leeward coast of Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe. This villa is about 1 hour from the airport, depending on traffic conditions.
Set in a private estate, surrounded by several unoverlooked seasonal rental villas, it offers a peaceful, intimate setting just 5 minutes from Grande Anse beach.
You have a direct access from a nearby free parking lot. You can walk to the beach, port, shops and restaurants, but a vehicle is recommended to fully explore the beauty of the area. A recharging point for electric vehicles is available, and a vacuum cleaner is available for cleaning your car.
Perfect for a relaxing stay, the Annexe Coco can accommodate up to two couples and a baby, providing the ideal setting for a peaceful vacation.
This charming, brand-new rental, inspired by the Creole hut, is designed for up to 4 people in a quiet, unoverlooked setting. The villa is on the garden level, attached to the owners' house, yet independent.
It comprises two bedrooms separated by the living area and the swimming pool. For safety reasons, the rental is not suitable for children under 10.
The villa's central living area comprises a lounge and dining area opening onto a 24 m² covered terrace overlooking the pool.
Accessible from the kitchen, this area features a ceiling fan, as well as a hammock for relaxing. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has a pass-through to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the unobstructed view of the pool while cooking. In addition, the villa boasts a private pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, with a salt electrolysis treatment system and underwater alarm for added security.
On either side of the living area are the 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom is accessed from the living room. It features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with television.
The other bedroom is accessed via the kitchen and features two single beds (80 x 200 cm), ideal for friends or children over 10. The shared bathroom, accessible from the living area, is equipped with a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The entire layout is designed to offer maximum comfort, while incorporating noble materials such as wood and metal, in a contemporary ambiance.
The villa is covered by a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection and, to complete your stay, towels are also provided.

Still only 30 minutes away, Le Tapeur offers a mountain climbing experience.
You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches: 5 minutes away, Grande Anse beach will charm you with its 1.5 km of golden sand and its many restaurants. Just 10 minutes away, you can choose between Fort Royal beach, with its bar and restaurant, or Ferry-Leroux beach, ideal for families and snorkeling enthusiasts.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
