A bay window leads you to your covered terrace where you will enjoy your meals while admiring the sea view. The kitchen on the terrace is equipped with all the necessities for cooking during your holidays in Deshaies. A staircase will lead you to the two air-conditioned rooms with chic and discreet Caribbean style.
Every morning waking up, you will watch the sunrise over Deshaies Bay from your bed (one king size bed and one bed Queen size.). Indeed, each room has a large bay window facing the sea. Each room gives access to the terrace. It is equipped with deckchairs and a private Jacuzzi, the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. Treat yourself to a day at the sea to discover the grand-cul-de-sac-marin, a snorkeling program, a drink in the water or even exploring the mangrove.

Bonjour Bernard, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de déposer un avis suite à votre séjour au duplex Caraibes. Toutefois nous ne cahons pas notre surprise à la lecture de votre retour. Le duplex a été entièrement refait à neuf en 2019 (mobilier, décoration, peinture...). La literie date de 2019, et le sur-matelas qui apporte un confort complémentaire aux nuits des voyageurs n'a que deux ans. C'est la première fois que nous avons des retours sur la literie. Bonne continuation.
Le bonheur Appartement et surtout terrasse incroyable Avec cerise sur le gâteau un coucher de soleil inoubliable Et les gens de Deshaies sont très accueillants Tout comme Martine qui a pris soin de nous

Appartement très bien situé au dessus de Deshaies avec une vue époustouflante sur le village, son port et une garantie de couchers de soleil magnifiques. Avec son emplacement avantageux le gite pourrait offrir un meilleur confort au niveau de la literie principalement et de l'entretien général qui affiche clairement son âge.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
