The shared bathroom, adjoining the bedrooms, is equipped with a shower and separate toilet. The villa's central space is a 28 m² covered terrace that serves as an outdoor living area. Accessible from the kitchen, it features a seating area, a dining area, a ceiling fan and a hammock for relaxing. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has a pass-through to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the unobstructed view of the pool while cooking. In addition, the villa boasts a private 5.5 x 3.5-meter swimming pool, with salt electrolysis treatment and underwater alarm for added security.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
