Welcome to Villa Senteur de Cannelle, a recently built 4-star villa. It is located in the charming commune of Deshaies, on Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe, above the village of Deshaies. This villa offers absolute tranquility thanks to its unoverlooked location in a private estate comprising seven seasonal rental villas.
You'll be around 1h to 1h30 from the airport, and just 5 minutes from the splendid Grande Anse beach. With easy access from the parking lot and an electric gate, the villa is perfectly suited to families, couples and groups of friends, accommodating up to four couples and a baby under 2.
Although you can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, a car is essential for exploring the area. Secure parking is available. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available, as is a vacuum cleaner for cleaning your car.

The villa is optimally laid out on a single level, offering perfect comfort and accessibility for its occupants.
The centerpiece is a large 36 m² covered terrace, which serves as a living space combining outdoor lounge and dining area. You'll also find a relaxation area with a hammock and a gas plancha available, all opening onto the private swimming pool. The modern, well-equipped kitchen, with its pass-through to the outside, is right next door and enjoys an unobstructed view of the pool. It features an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso™️ coffee machine and all the essentials for cooking.
The four bedrooms are on either side of the villa: on the kitchen side, the first master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and TV (Canalsat channels), and has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. On the other side, through the entrance to the living room, are the 3 other bedrooms: two with twin beds (80 x 200 cm), share a shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. The 4th bedroom is a master suite, with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and TV (Canalsat channels). It has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
All this in a refined setting, decorated with noble materials such as wood and metal, offering a warm, contemporary ambience.
For added relaxation, the private 7 x 3-meter saltwater swimming pool, with underwater alarm for added security, invites you to take a dip, while the terrace with deckchairs is the perfect place to relax.
To complete your stay, free high-speed Wi-Fi access covers the entire villa, and towels are also provided.

Around 30 minutes away, the Cousteau reserve invites you to explore its seabed by diving, snorkeling or even by glass-bottomed boat.
Thrill-seekers will appreciate the Tapeur, a high ropes course in the middle of the mountains, with superb views over the Caribbean Sea. Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
