A 30-minute drive from Aimé Césaire International Airport, Villa d'Este is in a central location from the towns of Vauclin and François. It will take you a little less than 15 minutes to reach the center of the two towns and all their amenities (restaurants, bars, mini markets, pharmacies, bakeries, etc.). You can easily park 6 vehicles on the property. Also note that the residence in which the villa of Este is located is secured by a portal with code.

The Villa d'Este is composed of three floors. All rooms are air conditioned and have a latch. The garden level of this vacation rental house hubers two beautiful independent suites. The first has two single beds that can be pushed together to make an Italian bed (180) and a shower room. The second consists of a king size bed (180), a separate toilet and a shower room with double sink. The French doors of the two bedrooms opens onto a sunny terrace in the morning which offers a breathtaking view of the ocean: a good start to your day. There are clothes racks are available to dry your towels. The two bedrooms are only accessible from the outside. An external staircase leads to the second floor where there is a magnificent infinity pool, chlorine-treated, 6m * 6m and secured by a net. From here, the view is breathtaking. Deckchairs and two large parasols are at your disposal for lazy afternoons, separated from the rest of the world, with the ocean as one and only companion! Do not hesitate to use the outdoor shower located near the swimming pool to refresh yourself! There are external toilets located on the north side of the villa available for more comfort. Finally, you can also take advantage of the various lounge areas fitted out to read or share a drink at your convenience. For your meals, a large part of the terrace is covered with a large dining table and Weber gas barbecue perfect for a family meal. . A spacious living room with a very large screen TV, Canal + and Netflix access adjoins a fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge, Magimix,espresso machine, coffee maker, 1 cooler, etc.). A beautiful suite with double bed 180 and shower room is accessible from the terrace or the living room. In addition, from the entrance you will have access to a guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The staircase from the living room leads to the last one bedroom and an office of this vacation rental. The bedroom has a double bed 160, and the office a  sofa bed that can accommodate one child. A reading area is also available. A separate shower room and WC complete the facilities on the third floor, perfect for a couple with children. Finally, the villa d'Este has a fitted sea access. You will have to descend a small path of about 100m to reach a paradisiacal place carefully furnished by the owners. Sun loungers for sunbathing by the ocean, a staircase to the sea and kayaks are available.

What to do near this vacation home with a swimming pool in Martinique?

Villa d'Este has the particularity of having direct access to the sea. It is an incredible opportunity to be able to bathe in clear water without having to leave your holiday home. That said, the surroundings are full of treasures to discover. Your discovery of the white backgrounds can easily be continued from the many excursionists in the François Bay (around 18 minutes by car) and the Simon Bay (less than 10 minutes by car) which offer days at sea. Do not hesitate any longer, get closer to the fishermen to get to Joséphine's famous pool! Water sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Cap Est kitesurfing spots. There are ideal conditions for practice and the turquoise water will be a pleasure for both experienced and beginners. Note that the spots at Pointe Faula, Anse Michel and Macabou are all within 30 minutes by car. Wilder and more calm than the Caribbean coast, the Atlantic coast never ceases to surprise you. By kayak (provided by the owners), on foot on the hiking trails of the "Trace des Caps" or on horseback on the beaches of Anse Macabou, you will undoubtedly succumb to the charm and beauty from the south east coast of Martinique. The beautiful beaches of southern Martinique (Plage des Salines, Pointe Marin) are about 35 minutes away from the villa, unless you prefer to go north to discover the Caravelle peninsula, its surf spots and its superb beaches (allow around 45 minutes by car). The villa is a 20-minute drive from one of the most visited sites in Martinique: the Fondation Clément, home to a museum of Caribbean art as well as an old dwelling and a distillery producing Clément rums. Do not miss ! Finally, several restaurants can be found near the villa d'Este: "La Ferme des Orchidées" (located just 8 minutes by car) or the restaurant Le Lili, accessible on foot in just 4 minutes! Within a 10-minute walk, a small convenience store called "La Tite Prairie" will allow you to buy groceries (fruit, vegetables, bread, etc.).
