Kitesurf enthusiasts will only have to cross the garden to launch and join the very famous kite spot of Cape Est. Beginners can do internships or take lessons at the nautical base at the Cap Est Lagoon Resort & Spa located less than a five-minute drive from the villa. In this same hotel, you can also treat yourself to a spa session or go for lunch / dinner in one of the two restaurants. From the Alice Bay villa, you can easily reach the François and Robert marinas for an excursion to the white backgrounds and discover the surrounding islets (Chancel with its iguanas, Madame, Oscar, etc.), buy fresh fish from fishermen, etc.

Nous avons eu la chance de louer une magnifique villa au François en Martinique pour une semaine de vacances en famille. Le personnel a été au petit soin pour nous avec une extrême gentillesse et un grand sourire. Tout a été parfait au niveau de la réservation et pendant la location. Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
