Villa Garden Bay is located in a quiet and residential area, the Cap Est, in the commune of François, Martinique. This villa has an exceptional setting which invites you to enjoy calm and absolute relaxation around the swimming pool. The village of François is 8 minutes by car, and Vauclinis 10 minutes, so you will be close to all the local amenities: restaurants, gas stations, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. The property can also accommodate up to three vehicles.
How is this holiday rental with swimming pool arranged?
This four-bedroom villa with pool can accommodate up to 8 travelers. Completely renovated in 2021–2022, this superb seasonal rental consists of two units: the main villa and a cottage.Outside, a beautiful terrace borders the pool of 7 x 3 meters.
You will undoubtedly appreciate its lofty ceilings, with exposed beams, offering beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. The living room has a Smart TV, connected to the open plan living room is a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, etc.). Beside the living room, taking the corridor leading to the bedrooms,is a laundry room (first door on the right), with a washing machine, and a dryer.
An independent toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower, are adjacent to the two, ground floor bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bed of 160 x 190 cm, and the other offers two twin beds. The wooden staircase, accessible from the living room, leads to the first floor where one of the two master suites is located. As well as refined decor, this suite has a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a toilet, a dressing room, and a bed of 160 x 190 cm. Yet the highlight of the show must be the magnificent sea view from the window of your suite. What could be more pleasant for awakening on the island of flowers, Martinique?
The second suite is in the cottage, close to the pool. It is equipped with a bed of 160 x 190 cm, a desk, a smart TV, a bathroom with an Italian shower, and a toilet. A pretty pergola outside of this charming suite, will allow you to enjoy your morning coffee or quietly read a book on a sunny afternoon. Please note that all rooms have air conditioning.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
