The Alice Bay estate is located equidistant from the town of Vauclin and the town of François. In the heart of the Cap Est district, on the Atlantic coast of Martinique, the Alice Bay estate revolves around two living spaces: a luxury villa with designer curves and an independent bungalow. The capacity of the whole area is 14 people. An electric gate secures the area and parking within the villa allows for several vehicles. The Alice Bay domain is located about 30 minutes from Aimé Césaire airport and 10 minutes from the village of François. For your comfort, the stay at the Alice Bay domain includes the preparation and service of breakfasts and the daily cleaning of the villa.
The villa is designed on two levels. On the ground floor is an air-conditioned office with a sofa bed that can be used as an additional bedroom. A large kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room. The spaces are open plan and benefit from a clear view of the swimming pool and in the background of the sea. A patio with a large lounge sofa as well as a cinema room (with video projector and DVD collection) complete the amenities interiors of this villa with clean lines. To access the first floor, you take a staircase from the living room. A corridor leads to the three air-conditioned bedrooms and the master bedroom. All with their private bathroom with shower and toilet, two of the four bedrooms have a sea view while the other two have a garden view. The ultimate in comfort, the master bedroom has a private patio with a wide daybed facing the sea.
An independent bungalow located below can accommodate four additional people. This high-end bungalow has two air-conditioned suites. The first consists of two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed and the second of a King Size bed. The two bedrooms each have their bathroom with walk-in shower. A large fully equipped kitchen completes the interior fittings. This high-end bungalow has its independence and benefits from its own terrace with these lounge areas, deckchairs and dining table.
The exteriors are carefully designed: a large furnished terrace for sunbathing, an infinity pool with sea views, a garden furniture under the carbet for an aperitif and a private pontoon with direct access to the sea.
Finally, you will have the privilege of being able to rinse yourself out of the water: the Alice Bay bungalow offers its own outdoor shower. Comfort much appreciated by travelers.

Nautical equipment is available: two kayaks and a stand-up paddle. You understand that everything is designed for you to have a dream vacation. There is no shortage of activities in the surrounding area: kitesurfing spot a few minutes by car, spa to relax, Clément accommodation to discover rum or visit an exhibition of contemporary art at the Foundation, discovery of islets and white backgrounds ( josephine bath) by boat, the beach at Pointe Faula and its seaside restaurants for a relaxing day ... The housekeeper of the estate, in charge of breakfasts and maintenance of the villa, will not fail to give you the best addresses for an exceptional holiday.

The property was fabulous - almost prettier than the pictures if that’s possible! So many great outdoor spaces to enjoy. Perfect location for our group of 8 adults to be together but also have quiet time as wanted. Breakfasts were lovely and the daily cleaning was top notch. Love the island and all it had to offer.
