Villa Du Rocher is a true haven for family or friends’ vacations, offering comfort and serenity in an idyllic setting. Accommodating up to 11 guests, Villa Du Rocher consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms and is divided into two sections: the main house and an independent apartment.
In the main villa, on the ground floor, you'll find the first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and direct access to the pool. Nearby, it has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are two additional air-conditioned bedrooms. The first one features a queen-size bed (160 cm), and the second one, perfect for a family with children, has a double bed (160 cm) and a bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with an Italian-style shower, double sink, and toilet.
Sleeps 8, but can be increased to 11 using the annex sofa bed and bunk bed. For more than 8 people, charge €15/night/additional person.
On the ground floor, a bright living room with a sofa and TV opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen. It has everything you need to cook, including a Nespresso machine, a plancha, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, creating an ideal space to prepare gourmet meals to be enjoyed together.
The villa’s living area opens onto a spacious terrace, complete with a dining area and a cozy lounge, perfect for shared moments. Sun loungers are available to enjoy the sunny days, while the covered outdoor bar area, or “carbet,” is the perfect spot to relax and make refreshing cocktails near the 6 m x 3.5 m pool, which is secured by a removable barrier.
The independent apartment is attached to the side of the main house and is accessible via the villa's outdoor area, near the parking space secured by a gate. This apartment is equipped with its own private terrace, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. This self-contained space is ideal for group members seeking a bit more privacy.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
