The second bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed. An additional bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete this level. The bright, open-plan living area (with air conditioning) includes a sofa corner with a TV and opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool, offering impressive high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, perfect for preparing delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere.
Upstairs, a mezzanine area features a workspace and a 140x200 bed with a sea view (no air conditioning), while a dormitory with AC and four beds (one double bed in 140x200 and two single beds in 90x200) overlooks the living room. Outside, you can enjoy several relaxation spaces around the 4x8 m pool, secured by an alarm, as well as two pavilions and a covered terrace, fully equipped for moments of conviviality (garden furniture, loungers, modular tables, and a high-top table). Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
