Where is this area with swimming pools located in Martinique?
Located in the town of Le Diamant, on the South Caribbean Coast of Martinique, the Agapé Estate overlooks the Plein Sud subdivision. The Agapé Estate offers one of the most beautiful views of the town, overthe famous Diamond Rock. The Agapé Estate consists of two units: the Villa Agapé with a capacity for 6 to 7 people and the Villa Eros with a capacity for 2 people.
It takes only 30 minutes to drive from Aimé Césaire Airport to reach your destination, and from there about 20 minutes-walk to the beach and Le Diamant Market. Two private car parks will allow you to park up to 4 vehicles, and the
property is fully secured by an electric gate and a fence.
How is this estate with a sea view arranged in Martinique?
The Agapé Estate can accommodate up to 9 travelers. Given its configuration, however, the site is not suitable for young children. Built in 2022, Villa Eros is located below Villa Agapé. Villa Eros is furnished in astudio spirit. This rental has no independent bedroom but a sleeping area with a bed of 160 cm alongside a fully equipped kitchenette,and a bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower. This little piece of paradise is ideal for a couple. The charming assets of this cozy space are its 4mx3m swimming pool, and its rooftop area with a breathtaking view of the sea, Diamond Rock and la femme couchée(the reclining woman). Above Villa Eros is Villa Agapé.
Arranged on two levels, this holiday rental has a contemporary style. On the ground floor is an independent suite with a 160 cm bed, a cozy sitting area, and a bathroom. A sofa bed is available to accommodate a seventh traveler. Also on the ground floor, to the left of the terrace, is a sleeping area consisting of two air-conditioned double bedrooms (with 140cm beds), a shared bathroom with a toilet, and, on the right, the living space. The latter consists of an equipped kitchen (an oven, a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, etc.), and a comfortable living room with a TV, and a superb view of the sea. In the center of this view is the Villa’s pool with an incredible view of Diamond Rock. The highlight of the show remains this villa’s rooftop located at the back of the villa. From here you can bask in the sun while enjoying the sea view or toast at nightfall, enjoying the starry sky.

What to do near this area with a swimming pool in Martinique?
The Agapé Estate is located close to all amenities. By walking 20 minutes you reach the village where you can enjoy the attractions of the town (be careful of the ascent on the way back!). The commune of Le Diamant has a covered market on the seafront. The perfect place for you to find local vegetables and fruits, fish (according to the catch of the day) as well as spices, liqueurs, and local handicrafts. In the village and on the seafront, several restaurants and bars offer a variety of cuisines. Unless you prefer to picnic in the shade of grape trees on the three-kilometer-long beach. Hiking enthusiasts can take the Morne Larcher trail, a 3-minute drive from Agapé Estate. You will be rewarded at the top with the superb view of the sea! Do not miss the beaches of Anses d’Arlet about 15 minutes by car. Grande Anse, Anse Noire and Anse Dufour also offer a dream setting from where you may be able to swim with turtles if the timing is right. For activities or boat trips, go toLe Marin a 30-minute drive from the town of Le Diamant.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
