Where is Villa Bel'Rock, a 4-bedroom villa in Le Diamant?
Villa Bel'Rock is located in the Habitation Jacqua neighborhood, just a three-minute drive from the town of Le Diamant, Martinique. This four-bedroom vacation home is ideal for families and friends. It takes around 25 minutes from Aimé Césaire airport to reach your villa. Secured by an electric gate, you can park up to three vehicles within the grounds of your Martinique vacation rental.
What's the layout of Villa Bel'Rock au Diamant?
Completely renovated in August 2023, Villa Bel'Rock is a single-storey vacation home. Your vacation rental in Martinique has a beautiful exterior. You'll enjoy the swimming pool, framed by a tiled terrace and deckchairs. Part of the terrace is covered and houses garden furniture facing the heated pool (treated with salt) and a large family table for meals. A barbecue, outdoor shower and hammock complete the terrace's facilities. The back of your vacation home has been laid with a synthetic lawn for sports! A range of equipment is available, including boules, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, a small soccer goal and balls, and beach rackets - enough to delight young and old alike! Note that a lemon tree has been planted to enjoy fresh lemons for ti punch!
Inside, the Bel'Rock villa features a large, bright, open-plan living area. It comprises a lounge area with a large corner sofa and a TV (Orange subscription). The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine) and also features a family table for sheltered lunches in case of bad weather. The master suite is accessed from the living room. Air-conditioned, it features a large 180cm double bed, direct access to the terrace, a dressing area and a bathroom with shower and WC. A small corridor, accessible from the living room, leads to the three other bedrooms (two doubles with 160 beds and one twin with 90 beds), the laundry room (with washing machine, Tancarville, floor fan, cooler, cot, high chair...) Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, have ample storage space for your personal belongings and can be closed with electric blinds.

Your stay at Le Diamant in Martinique will be an unforgettable experience, combining relaxation on the beach, outdoor adventures, cultural discoveries and culinary delights. Le Diamant beach is a natural wonder. With its fine sand and famous rocky outcrop, it's the ideal place to relax, sunbathe, swim... If you're a sports fan, you'll be delighted at Le Diamant. In the commune, you'll find jet ski hire, diving clubs, a riding school, buggy/quad hire and a surf school! On the culinary side, the market is open Tuesday to Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., where you'll find fruit and vegetables, spices and more. The Thoraille farm, 3 minutes away by car, is the ideal place to buy fresh chicken and eggs. There are many restaurants in the center of Le Diamant offering take-away and eat-in food. Villa Bel'Rock is ideally located for exploring the south of Martinique: it's just a 15-minute drive to the coves d'Arlet, where you can swim with turtles, 25 minutes to Pointe du Bout and 20 minutes to Sainte-Luce.

La villa Bel'Rock est très bien agencée, ventilée et offre des prestations de qualité : espaces à vivre spacieux et agréables, mobilier de qualité judicieusement agencé, équipements complets, chambres spacieuses avec de grands espaces de rangement, décoration soignée, propreté irréprochable... Notre séjour en famille s'est révélé très agréable. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus : on peut en profiter à n'importe quel moment! Karine, qui nous a accueillis, est accueillante, bienveillante et réactive. Nous avons juste regretté l'état du jardin à notre arrivée : un bon coup de balai était nécessaire pour balayer toutes les feuilles qui jonchaient la terrasse.

The place was very nice and relaxing. Karine was fantastic. The city Diamant is a beautiful place with the right balance between locals and tourists. I walk to the beach and the farmer’s market daily. We rented a car because we wanted to explore the surrounding-Anse D’arlet beach was very nice with one of the most beautiful sunset!Mosquitoes made it a bit challenging to enjoy the outdoor space at night.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Martinique, qui est assez bien équipée, avec une très bonne literie. L'emplacement est pratique pour visiter l'île. Seule remarque : le canapé ne se dépliant pas, la location est à considérer pour 8 personnes et non 9 comme indiqué sur l'annonce.

Nous confirmons que le canapé lit se déplie , il peut accueillir deux personnes, soit au total 10 personnes. Très belle, villa, équipement de haut-de-gamme literie du même niveau. Dans un quartier calme à proximité du centre du village. Corentin, la propriétaire est une personne très attentionné et professionnel. Je recommande cette villa.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
