Villa Diamond Rock is located in a private residential complex within the charming town of Le Diamant. A soft landing awaits you at the airport which is only about thirty minutes from the villa. With its 4 neighboring villas, constructed to preserve your privacy, this luxury vacation rental offers a breathtaking view of Diamond Rock (a 175-meter-high basalt rock), and private access to the Caribbean Sea.
This holiday accommodation is fully fenced with a code required to open the gate. A large communal car park allows you to park several vehicles safely inside the property.
The ideal location of this private rental allows you to access the various shops of the town of Le Diamant in just a 5-minute walk.
During your check-in at Villa Diamond Rock, a succulent welcome tropical fruits basket will be offered to you, and the necessary ingredients to prepare your first Ti’ punch for yourself.

Villa Diamond Rock is the third accommodation situated on this private complex; yet located in the middle, so you will have a villa on either side of yours. This luxury villa is arranged on two levels. On crossing the front door you will access the air-conditioned living room which is open to a modern kitchen. The decoration of the villa is neat and refined. The air-conditioned lounge has a Smart TV that allows you to access all your VOD (Video On Demand) subscriptions, and a bouquet of regional and national channels with Orange TV. The kitchen of the Villa Diamond Rock is equipped with appliances and quality equipment: a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, etc. In the laundry room you have an additional freezer to store food. You will also find a washing machine with a dryer, a vacuum cleaner and equipment for the gas barbecue on the terrace. A guest toilet is also accessible on the ground floor.
A terrace is waiting to be discovered behind the huge bay window of the living room. A relaxation area with lounge is installed here, and to sunbathe you can relax on one of the four high-end deckchairs of the pool. Each chair has a small canopy that will shade you from the sun, if you wish to enjoy some quiet reading time. The 8 x 4 meter swimming pool is equipped with a cozy submerged lounge, sheltered by an umbrella. Dishes suitable for outdoor use are provided, allowing you to sip your cocktails with your feet in the water. By taking the small path (common to all four villas) below your terrace, you will arrive at a gate with direct access to the sea. The path passes through a common garden area with a living room, where you can be social – if you wish – with the tenants of the other villas.

The two suites with king size beds share balcony access where you can contemplate the sea and its ever-changing shades of blue, as well as the superb view of Diamond Rock in the background. Each suite has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower (for two of them), or a bath (for one of the three suites upstairs). Thanks to its layout, the Diamond Rock Villa is the ideal vacation rental to accommodate groups of couples or friends, and families with children (a cot is available on request, for babies).

What to do near Villa Diamond Rock?
Villa Diamond Rock is ideally located before the entrance to Le Diamant (the Diamond Village). This dynamic town in the south of the island has a large offering of bars and restaurants. A few steps from the villa is a mini market with a bakery area where you can stock up. The market of the town will also welcome you from Tuesday to Sunday. Here you will find local fruits and vegetables, as well as local growers selling spices and liqueurs from the island. From the villa you can see the Morne Larcher nicknamed the lying woman, which is a silhouette of a lying woman formed by the curves of the mountain. The most athletic will be able to explore its ascent, and will be rewarded by the magnificent panorama of Diamond Bay and its 3-kilometer beach. By choosing this villa, you will be ideally located to discover the most beautiful beaches in the south of the island. Everyday we swam in the ocean at the base of the hillside, a one-minute walk from the villa. The sandy bottom and warm waters were perfect. The pool was also enjoyed by all. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals, plus an outdoor barbecue, dining table and sitting area. The washer/dryer were great too. I can't think of anything missing. The villa is in a small compound located just off the main road running through Le Diamant, quiet and private. A close walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We were six so had two cars and parking never an issue. Staff friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the house.

La maison est magnifique , super fonctionnelle. Les 4 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain et toilettes permettent à chacun de l'intimité. L extérieur avec la piscine, le salon de jardin et la vue sur le diamant sont exceptionnels. Seul bémol à notre séjour, la présence des sargasses sur la plage en accès direct à partir de la villa sur toute la durée de notre séjour. Nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de ce point positif de la villa. Par contre, nous pouvions nous baigner sans soucis ( ou très peu ) sur la plage du diamant au niveau du marché car cette partie était régulièrement nettoyée. Je recommande ce logement sans soucis, nous espérons pouvoir y revenir très prochainement. Accueil et dispo de Pierre Henry au top, suivi de Marion également. Appel pendant le séjour afin de s'assurer que tout allait bien.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
