On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), which offers direct access to the terrace and the pool. This level also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The upper floor comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other, perfect for families with children, equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with an Italian shower, double sink, and toilet.
The bright living room opens wide to the outdoors, creating a seamless connection with the terrace. The modern kitchen, open to the living area and equipped with all necessary appliances (Nespresso machine, plancha, refrigerator with ice dispenser), allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease.
The spacious terrace is furnished with a dining area, sun loungers for lounging, and a carbet with a bar, making it the perfect spot to relax next to the secured pool (6 m x 3.5 m) protected by a removable safety net, a true asset for families.

Excellent séjour, nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Un cadre agréable et paradisiaque, un quartier calme et apaisant. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Un barbecue au charbon serait plus adapté. A bientôt je l'espère.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
