Villa Monroe is located in the town of Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe (the Grande-Terre part). The Grande-Terre is very close to the village and one of the most beautiful beaches in the region.
Nestled on the heights of a residential area, this recent holiday home (since June 2023) is ideal for a stay with family or friends in Guadeloupe.
Villa Monroe is secured by an electric gate at its entrance and has private parking to accommodate up to two vehicles. Allow about 30 minutes to reach your holiday home from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport, and it's a 5-minute walk to reach the village of Sainte-Anne as well as 5 minutes by car to reach the local amenities (grocery stores, a gas station, etc.).
The villa also has a small garden area below the house (currently under development).
Villa Monroe can accommodate up to 10 people, with three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms with WC on the first floor and an apartment downstairs with two further air-conditioned bedrooms.
Upstairs: Villa Monroe is composed of three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms with a toilet. The first two bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The last bedroom has its own shower room and a large dressing room.
The kitchen area is fully furnished and open to the dining area and living room. Expansive windows from the living space, allow access to your outdoor terrace. It is equipped with garden furniture: two deckchairs, a beautiful swimming pool with a partial view of the sea, as well as a foosball area. An external staircase will lead you upstairs to a relaxation area on the rooftop, with a suspended net and two floor cushions. From the rooftop you can enjoy an aperitif while admiring the sunset, the sea, or Guadeloupe's starry sky.
A second staircase on the outside terrace leads to the lower level of the villa, comprising a fully-equipped apartment: a fully-equipped kitchen, a ventilated living area with sofa and TV, two air-conditioned bedrooms and a shower room with WC and washing machine.
The apartment has a second, independent entrance from the house's outside entrance, and a small terrace with garden furniture.
In low season, it is possible to rent only the upper part of the villa for 6 people (the lower apartment will be closed), please contact us.
To enhance the comfort of your stay in Guadeloupe, your holiday home is also equipped with a water cistern and Wi-Fi.

This lovely holiday home in Sainte-Anne enjoys an excellent location in Grande-Terre. By taking a small country lane you will reach the village of Sainte-Anne, an artisanal market, and the beautiful beach of Le Bourg, in just 5 minutes on foot. Walking about 15 minutes, you will also reach the beach of Caravelle (Club Med).
Allow about 30 minutes by car from the villa, to reach Saint-François, and one of the most beautiful spots in Guadeloupe:
La Pointe des Châteaux with its craggy wind-swept rocks. If you are more of a hiker or a fan of tropical forests and rivers, you will reach the crossing route or the north of Basse-Terre in 45 minutes and discover the natural beauties of the Basse-Terre region, such as dense tropical rainforests, waterfalls and lagoons.
