The Villa Belle Vue, rated 4 stars, is a house of character with swimming pool, extremely well located near the most beautiful beaches of Sainte Anne in Guadeloupe. The incredible view will leave you speechless ... It is located only 20 minutes drive from the airport of Pointe-à-Pitre and 5 minutes drive from the town of Sainte-Anne in Grande-Terre.
How is this superb villa in Ste Anne arranged?
This charming vacation rental offers many different spaces and environments. With 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for a stay with family or friends in Guadeloupe. You will be overwhelmed by the breathtaking sea view, which you will be able to appreciate from every room of the villa. The villa is not accessible to PRM.
Very airy and completely open, the living rooms are organized around 3 spaces: a living room, a reading corner and a dining room offering a view on the sea. The pleasant and perfectly equipped kitchen serves the living room and the dining room which opens directly onto the large terrace. Here everything is designed to take advantage of the sun: deckchairs by the pool, garden furniture for aperitif and a large dining table for your meals facing the sea. Grill evenings are guaranteed thanks to the two barbecues at your disposal.
The outdoor spaces are full of flowers and offer you a real haven of peace. At the entrance of the villa, a first air-conditioned parental suite is equipped with a double bed and a private shower room with WC. It shares the sea view terrace with a second air-conditioned bedroom, also with a double bed and a private bathroom. The last two rooms are accessible from the living room, one has a superb view of the pool and the other has a beautiful sea view terrace. These last two rooms have a large shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This villa with swimming pool breathes the family soul. Everyone will find their own space. Wherever you are in the house, the view is sensational, and you can just let yourself be lulled by the delicious sound of the waves. The atmosphere is soft, pleasant and full of charm.
Please note that there is 150€ extra charge for the cleaning, that shall be paid upon check in.

What to do near the villa?
The villa Belle vue is located only 200m from the beach of Toubana, 1.5km from the famous beach of Caravelle and 2km from the village of Sainte Anne. Starting point of many tourist excursions, the village of Sainte-Anne also offers multiple restaurants and shops, as well as a very nice local market. A little further away, the golf course of Saint-François will make the happiness of the golfers.

Véritable bonheur. Nous avons passé 11 jours merveilleux dans cette villa, parfaitement pensée pour la famille. Quel plaisir de boire son café matinal avec comme bruit de fond, le son des vagues et la vue exceptionnelle. De plus Valentine est tout simplement parfaite dans son accueil et son écoute. Le mobilier et la décoration de la villa manque peut-être de modernisme, mais sans doute est -ce la tout le charme de cette villa.
Un grand merci d'avor pris le temps de nous faire un retour suite à votre séjour en Gaudeloupe. Nous sommes heueux que vous ayez passé de belles vacances !
Superbe Villa avec une vue à couper le souffle. Chaque jour qui passe vous ne pouvez pas vous empêcher d'admirer la vue quelques minutes. Accueil excellent de la part de Valentine avec corbeille de fruist, Planteur, diverses produits de première nécessité. Rien à redire. Nous avons tous apprécié ce lieu, nous comptons y retourner

Un accueil très chaleureux par Valentine Une villa tout simplement magique , pour 9 il y a tout ce dont ont a besoin même plus Une bibliothèque ,médiathèque .salon relax .... La villa porte bien son nom avec une vue incroyable La piscine géniale avec toutes les sécurités pour les enfants Les guadeloupéens sont très accueillants Une semaine inoubliable À refaire dès que possible

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
