As the main and largest villa on the estate, it can accommodate up to 8 people, making it ideal for family vacations or reunions with friends. The other two villas, Corail and Azuro, both rated 4 stars, are twin villas located opposite each other, each hosting up to 4 people.

You have the option to rent two villas or even the entire estate, accommodating up to 16 people. This setup ensures close proximity while maintaining your privacy.

At the center, the open kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge, wine cellar, espresso machine, percolator, dishwasher, etc.) and offers ample workspace. The room extends naturally to the outside through large sliding doors, seamlessly integrating the terrace that sits like an island over the pool.

Surrounding this large living area, the 80 m² lounge is divided into two distinct spaces: a TV corner with a sofa, large flat-screen TV, and Bluetooth speaker for movie nights, and a relaxation area with a small lounge, pool table for convivial moments, and fitness equipment for the more active guests.

The four air-conditioned suites, each located at the corners of the villa, offer optimal privacy. They are equipped with 2 king-size beds on one side and 2 separate twin beds on the other, ensuring absolute comfort. Each suite has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, ensuring complete independence for all residents. Bed linen is included in your stay.

The central terrace is furnished with a comfortable garden lounge, protected from rain or persistent sun. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with several sun loungers and an outdoor shower. For your convenience, your vacation rental is equipped with WiFi, a water tank, and a generator.

Terms of payment

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.

Cancellation policy :
  • Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
  • From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
  • 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
  • Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
