This ground-floor apartment is situated in a private, secure, upscale residence with about thirty apartments. The residence features an electric gate and a dedicated parking space. The apartment is close to everything: the splendid beach of Sainte-Anne, shops, the market, boutiques, and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away!
This vacation rental is about 30 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre airport.

How is this apartment in Ste Anne arranged?
Access to the apartment is from the parking lot via a walkway that crosses the residence and leads to the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor.
With an area of 80 m², it is ideal for accommodating up to 4 people.
You enter through the spacious and bright living room, which is equipped with an air conditioner. A large, comfortable sofa faces the sea, and a flat-screen TV offers moments of relaxation with a breathtaking view.
To the right of the entrance is access to the bedrooms. The space consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms offering optimal comfort: the first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, while the second has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom: one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a very large bathtub.
The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, includes an American refrigerator with an ice dispenser, a Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher. It is extended by a serving hatch that allows you to enjoy the sea view while preparing meals. A washing machine and essential products are found in the small adjoining laundry room.
The dining area is set up in a covered part of the terrace, which, separated from the living room by large glass doors, adds depth to the living space. This area is enclosed on one side by a perforated curtain that lets in light and on the other by secure glass doors that can be opened at will to enjoy the sea view.
Outside, the deck terrace offers a place to lounge on sunbeds amidst a small garden with trees, and an outdoor shower. For a private swim, direct access from the apartment takes you in 1 minute to a swimming staircase into turquoise waters.
The secure residence, through beautiful landscaping, provides an infinity pool with a sea view, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. It is reserved for residents only.

In just a 5-minute walk, you will reach the most beautiful beaches of Sainte-Anne, the waterfront market, the shops in the town of Sainte-Anne, and the restaurants. Near the residence, you will find a bakery, a Casino supermarket, a fruit vendor, and a caterer.
Located 400 meters from Sainte-Anne beach, 1.9 km from La Caravelle beach, and 2.5 km from Bois Jolan beach, you will be spoilt for choice!
During your stay, don't forget to stroll through the artisan village at the entrance of the town, where you can easily find a souvenir to take home.
The town of Saint-François is only a 15-minute drive from your vacation rental! This is a great opportunity to visit the must-see site of Pointe des Châteaux or to walk around the marina with its many restaurants and shops.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
