Ideally located between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, the bungalow is in a highly sought-after residential area by the sea, 5 minutes' walk from Gros Sable beach, a surfing spot for beginners and advanced surfers alike. A car is highly recommended for getting around. Parking is free and on site, and arrival is self-guided with a secure key box.

Located in a quiet, leafy setting, this 4-person detached bungalow features a unique configuration, with each room independent and open onto the outdoor terrace. Designed on one level, the accommodation comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms with exceptional comfort: each is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, comfortable, high-quality bedding, and a 42” UHD connected TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video (with your own codes). The bedrooms are positioned on either side of the kitchen to guarantee privacy. One of the bedrooms has a safe for your personal belongings.
The shared bathroom has a shower and WC, providing functionality and comfort for all occupants.
The main living area is the 50 m² covered terrace, which features a convivial dining area and a lounge area with deckchairs for relaxing in front of the private swimming pool.
This 6 x 4 m pool, treated with salt and secured by an alarm, is surrounded by unoverlooked vegetation and offers a peaceful view of the surrounding countryside. Please note that regular pool maintenance is scheduled every Monday morning, with the pool technician visiting the bungalow between 7 and 9 am. This is done quickly and discreetly to minimize any inconvenience during your stay.
The kitchen is very well equipped: American refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso and filter machines, citrus press, washing machine. A pass-through connects the kitchen directly to the outdoor dining table, simplifying al fresco dining. The garden, adorned with banana trees, adds a tropical touch and is complemented by a Weber charcoal barbecue, ideal for grilling.
Finally, the facilities include a fiber-optic Internet connection for optimum comfort, as well as a buffer tank to compensate for any water shortages, ensuring a peaceful stay. Please note that pets are welcome!

This vacation bungalow with swimming pool offers the perfect setting for a stay in Guadeloupe with family or friends. It's within easy reach of all the beautiful beaches in the area, including Bois Jolan beach, the village of Sainte-Anne and Gros Sable beach, if you're a beginner or experienced surfer.
Halfway between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants and activities. The nautical base of Sainte-Anne and its colorful market are just 10 minutes away by car.
A 15-minute drive will take you to the town of Saint-François, with its marina, stores and many of the island's best-known restaurants, as well as the famous Pointe des Châteaux (15 minutes from the town of Saint-François), one of the must-see sites during a stay in Guadeloupe. Numerous sea excursions are available from Saint-François, including to the islands of Marie-Galante, Désirade and Petite-Terre.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
