Villa Corail, rated 4 stars as a furnished tourist accommodation, is located on the heights of Sainte-Anne, in the heart of the nature of South Grande-Terre in Guadeloupe. It takes about 35 minutes to reach Villa Corail from the airport. A secure electric gate provides access to a one-way road leading directly to the villa, where a reserved parking space awaits you.
The villa is situated in a private and secure estate comprising three villas:
Villa Del Mar, the main and largest villa in the estate, rated 5 stars, can accommodate up to 8 people, making it the ideal option for family vacations or reunions with friends.
Villa Corail and Villa Azuro are the two other twin villas, located opposite each other, each able to accommodate up to 4 people.
It is possible to rent two villas or privatize the entire estate to accommodate up to 16 people. This way, you benefit from close proximity between the villas while maintaining your privacy.

The entrance leads into the living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, wine cellar) and a TV lounge (TNT channels and Canal+). A large sliding glass door creates a seamless transition to the outdoor terrace.
The terrace, well-ventilated and bright, is covered by a bioclimatic pergola and serves as an additional living space. The garden furniture, dining table, and sun loungers are arranged around the punch bowl to fully enjoy the exceptional view of the islands of Marie-Galante and Dominica.
Situated on either side of the villa, the two air-conditioned suites, each with a Queen size bed (160 x 200), offer optimal privacy and absolute comfort. Each suite has its own adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, ensuring perfect independence for all residents.
For your comfort, your vacation rental is equipped with Wi-Fi, a water tank, and a generator.
Ecological installations have been implemented, such as photovoltaic panels and rainwater collectors, placing Villa Corail in a preserved natural environment. Upon request, you can enjoy exceptional services such as breakfast delivery, private chauffeur service, couple massages, and in-home cooking classes.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
