By staying in this superb vacation villa in Guadeloupe, you benefit from the perfect location to discover the Grande-Terre and the beauty of the natural landscapes of the North of this region.In only five minutes, you will reach Raisins Clairs (Light Rasins)Beach, Saint-François’ marina, its numerous restaurants, anditsinternational golf course. Yet, in the town of Saint-François all amenities are about three minutes by car from your vacation home, and this magnificent architect-designed villa is located about 40 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre airport.

Villa Papille holdsfour air-conditioned rooms, including three double rooms with king-size beds (180–200cm) and one with two singlebeds (90 cm) that can form a double. This vacation rental can therefore accommodate up to eight people; ideal for a stay with family or friends in Saint-François.
The master suite at the entrance of the house has a large bathroom with a double sink, a huge walk-in shower and a toilet. The three other bedrooms share another bathroom containing ashower and a toilet. A third guest toilet completes the house, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Built on one level, the accommodation is open plan and offers a truly perfect living space to fully enjoy your vacation in Guadeloupe. Villa Papille has been tastefully decorated and offers uniquedesign touches, including beautiful floor lamps.
The fully equipped kitchenis open to the modern living room and faces the pool. A sizabletable allows you space to enjoy your meals sheltered from the sun while appreciating the view of the garden and the pool, and perhaps also a cappuccino or expresso from the Nespresso coffee machine. The pool is secured by an alarm and is surrounded by several deckchairs withan outside shower is at your disposal.
You will enjoy the lounging area also facing the pool. The villa is equipped with a barbecue and a parasol if you wish to read in the shade by the water. The villa is also equipped with a 3000liter water tank in order to anticipate possible water cuts.
An agreeable garden surrounds the villa whereyou can enjoy exotic fruit trees during your stay (passion fruit, banana, etc.).
Everything has been thought of so that you can fully enjoy your stay in the Caribbean. The setting is sumptuous and the atmosphere is pleasant and serene.

Villa Papille is located only 2km from the sublime white sandy beach of Les Raisins Clairs but also from the marina of Saint-François and its international golf course. The marina of Saint-François is the starting point of many sea excursions to discover the surrounding islands such as Désirade, the islands of Petite-Terre, or Marie-Galante.
In 15 minutes by car, you will also reach the sublime beaches of Sainte-Anne, in particular that of Bois-Jolan or La Caravelle, long sandy beaches with palm trees and turquoise waters. You can also discover the richness of the north of Grande-Terre and its breathtaking viewpoints.

Superbe villa récente, très belle piscine, lieu de vie très agréable. Endroit calme, bien situé à Saint François. Chambres confortables, Grandes SDB. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Je recommande sans hésitation. Merci à CHANTAL pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Très bel accueil par Chantal, dans cette magnifique Villa. Spacieuse, confortable,très bien équipée,sécurisée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Grande piscine dans le jardin arboré et bien entretenu . Tous ces atouts ont fait de ce séjour de superbes vacances en famille . Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
