Villa Palhoa - Saint-François

The villa, with Creole architecture, offers a layout that is both functional and elegant, ideal for a comfortable stay.

With a capacity to accommodate 6 people, it consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed (160x200), and the third has two single beds (90x180) that can be joined together. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with an Italian shower and a toilet. The third bedroom has a private shower room, as well as a separate guest toilet.

The bright living room, which opens into the kitchen, is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV (with access to Netflix and Prime Video using your own accounts) and cable channels, creating a friendly and inviting living space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a serving hatch leading to the dining table, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. It is extended by a pantry that houses the washing machine, another refrigerator, a safe, and other useful amenities for a smooth stay (cooler, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner…). A gas plancha is also available.

Upstairs, the open mezzanine features a cozy library and a desk area, perfect for those wishing to combine relaxation and productivity.

The outdoor space is just as welcoming, with a covered terrace extending from the living room, featuring a dining area and a lounge area.

Perfect for enjoying sunny days, the well-maintained garden offers great privacy with no overlooking neighbors. The 6x3.5-meter saltwater pool, secured by an underwater alarm, is the ideal spot to relax, with lounge chairs for sunbathing and a cozy seating area. A welcome basket and a first breakfast are provided so you can start your stay on a pleasant note.

Finally, an optical fiber internet connection and a rainwater harvesting system for a constant water supply ensure optimal comfort throughout your getaway.
