It takes just 5 minutes by car to reach the Saint-François marina and all its amenities (restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.), as well as the beautiful Raisins Clairs beach with its turquoise waters.

This single-storey villa, ideal for 6 people, is a true haven of peace, perfectly laid out to combine comfort and conviviality. The cathedral-style roof (high ceilings) gives an effect of grandeur and volume, making the interior spaces brighter and airier.
From the entrance, a large patio leads on one side to a spacious, open-plan living room, with a large dining area and a comfortable lounge. The living room offers optimum comfort with two large sofas, a smart TV and a quality loudspeaker system. A ceiling fan is available if required.
On the other side, the well-equipped kitchen (American fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, Senséo and filter coffee machine, microwave, etc.) has a pass-through to the outside, and an adjoining storeroom with practical equipment such as a washing machine.
The night area of the villa, located in the left wing, comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms: the master bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, opening directly onto the pool. The other two bedrooms, accessible via a corridor, include a double bed (140x190) and two single beds (90x190), ideal for children or two solo guests. These two rooms share an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. Each room has its own mosquito net and a view over the landscaped garden. These two rooms share an adjoining bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and WC. The bedroom with the two single beds can be accessed either through the bedroom with the double bed (en enfilade) or from the outside (glass door). Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
