The villa Lori is a superb Creole house located in a lovely, secure residential neighborhood in the town of Saint-François in Guadeloupe. This vacation rental can accommodate up to six people, making it ideal for a family stay or a trip with friends. The villa Lori is about 40 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre airport and halfway between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François.

Perfectly laid out, this villa offers spacious interiors and exteriors. The common areas open directly onto the terrace, which frames the swimming pool and private Jacuzzi. Tastefully decorated, Villa Lori comprises three bedrooms on two levels.
On the first floor are two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin), each with en-suite shower room. The third air-conditioned bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom, is upstairs. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto two living areas, one with sofa and TV, the other with dining area.
The terrace is an extension of the living room, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids! On the terrace you'll find everything you need to relax: a superb swimming pool, a private Jacuzzi, deckchairs for sunbathing, garden furniture for aperitifs and a barbecue. All surrounded by a magnificent, well-kept garden, guaranteeing your privacy. In short... pure happiness for a truly relaxing vacation. For the more courageous, there's fitness equipment at the back of the house!
A cleaning charge of €150 is payable on site.

What to do near the villa?
Villa Lori is three kilometers from the village centre of Saint-François, the marina, golf course and the superb Raisins Clairs beach. Be sure to visit Pointe des Châteaux, one of the most beautiful sites in Grande-Terre in Guadeloupe. Saint-François has a multitude of wonderful restaurants where you can go for dinner, try Le Zagaya, it's wonderful! As you have understood, this reasonably priced holiday villa guarantees you a purely relaxing stay.

Le sejour s'est très bien passé malgré que le spa ne soit pas opérationnel . La propriétaire a fait un geste et nous la remercions. La maison est magnifique et tres bien située.

Très belle villa, parfaitement équipée pour 6 personnes. Bien située pour sillonner haute terre, un peu loin pour faire basse terre. Bon suivi par votre équipe et par le personnel de conciergerie.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
