Villa Derosa is located in the town of Saint-François in Guadeloupe (Grande-Terre), near to Anse des Rochers.
In the heart of a residential area, this holiday home is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It takes about 35 minutes to reach Villa Derosa from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport, and about 5 minutes to reach the village of Saint-François, the marina, all amenities, as well as Raisins Clairs Beach.
Fully fenced, Villa Derosa has a beautiful and well-maintained garden that will delight you, and a large, private parking space below the house.

Composed of three air-conditioned bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms, Villa Derosa can accommodate up to six people. The first two bedrooms are located in the right wing of the house, accessible through an outside door. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds (which can be brought together to form a double). A small hallway serves these two bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom and a bay window with access to the garden.
The third bedroom is located in the main block of the house. It has a flat-screen TV, and a larger bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in shower.
The expansive living room of this holiday home in Guadeloupe revolves around the living/TV area, the fully equipped kitchen, the utility room, the small dining area, and an upstairs mezzanine—a perfect spot to read or work quietly—and a covered terrace. This terrace is cooled by the trade winds and is a very pleasant to enjoy the view, as well as allowing you to take full advantage of several relaxation areas. On the large outdoor sofa near the Balinese style fountain, for instance, or the dining area, or the barbecue area. An ideal spot to grill any fresh fish bought on the island.

What to do near Villa Derosa, in Saint-François in Guadeloupe?
This pretty holiday home in Guadeloupe provides excellent value for money but also an ideal location for your stay in Grande-Terre. The beautiful Raisins Clairs Beach with its white sand and tropical palm trees is just a 5-minute drive away. About 15 minutes by car, you will reach the sublime Pointe des Châteaux, a six-kilometer limestone peninsula, one of the most beautiful sites to discover in Guadeloupe.
From Saint-François, you will hopefully appreciate the multiple sea excursions available to discover the islands of Petite- Terre, Désirade or Marie-Galante. Saint-François Marina offers a wide choice of restaurants, such as Zagaya Restaurant whose reputation is well established, providing gourmet cuisine made from fresh local products such as vegetables and sea food. Boasting an excellent view of the lagoon, you can also pick out your own lobster for lunch!
Afterwards, take the time to discover the north of Grande-Terre and its breathtaking landscapes starting with the wild crashing waves at Porte d’Enfer au Moule, a beautiful viewpoint, which is a twenty-minute hike from the parking area to the beach to the cliffs.

La villa est très confortable et située dans un lotissement calme, nous avons été très bien accueilli nous avons passé un très agréable séjour a 6 personnes dans le plus grand confort.

Bon séjour. Il manquait l'éclairage dans le jardin le soir. Et attention aux iguanes qui souillent la piscine avec leur degection.

Un jardin magnifique et extrêmement rare. Une maison que du haut de gamme et très bien agencée. Elle est très agréable à vivre. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir Sandrine est très gentille.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse et bien conçue pour une famille de 6 personnes. Les extérieurs ainsi que la piscine sont un plus. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Sandrine. Séjour très agréable, avec le soleil, et malgré les aléas des transports aériens Coralie et Sandrine ont su répondre favorablement a nos demandes de dernières minutes.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
