Bonjour. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour entre le 6 mai et le 20 mai. La villa est vraiment comme sur la photo et les équipements sont très bien. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine et du calme du quartier. Merci pour l'accueil de Marie et pour nous avoir permis, en raison de la non location de la villa après notre séjour, d'avoir pu rester jusqu'à 15 heures 30. Cela nous a permis de préparer calmement notre départ à l'aéroport. C'est vraiment appréciable. A recommander.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
