Upstairs, the third bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator, Nespresso Essenza and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, microwave, and much more). It has a flat screen TV and a storeroom for the washing machine and other useful equipment (cool box, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner...).
The bright living room features a sitting area with a large, comfortable sofa and cable TV, and a dining area with a table overlooking the pool. Wifi is available for your convenience.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
