The villa Sukakoko is located in the town of Saint-François in Guadeloupe, in a pleasant residential area. It is located about 35 minutes from the airport of Pointe-à-Pitre, less than 5 minutes from the town of Saint-François and the Raisins Clairs Beach. It is thus close to all amenities.
It will take you 15 minutes by car to reach the town of Sainte-Anne and its beautiful surrounding beaches.

The Sukakoko Villa is designed for you to be able to enjoy the mildness of the West Indies. The villa’s common areas are directly open to the terrace which gives access to the pool and the garden. Tastefully decorated, this vacation rental is composed of three rooms which are spread over two levels.
It is located in a residential area secured by a gate and a digicode.
On the first floor, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a small bathroom in the corridor with toilet. The other two air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house, one with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) that can form a double bed. Another bathroom with double sink and Italian shower, as well as a small hall converted into a reading corner completes the first floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo and Nespresso, etc.) and also has a utility room with washing machine and extra storage.
The living room is relatively spacious and decorated with a cocooning spirit.
The terrace is located as an extension of the living room, separated by a bay window. You will find here an exquisite area to relax with a beautiful swimming pool, a covered and ventilated terrace, a table for your meals, a small external settee, deckchairs, and a hammock chair.
The pool is bordered by a small flowered garden and deckchairs to sunbathe under the Caribbean sun. If you prefer a little shade you will have a large umbrella at your disposal. At the entrance of your vacation home, are two private parking spaces.

You will not miss anything by selecting a stay here. Take the time to walk around the Pointe des Châteaux and taste one of the best coconut sorbets of the island at Chez Jeannette.
The North of Grande Terre will surprise you with its breathtaking natural resources: 100 m cliffs overlooking the blue waters (known locally as “the gateway to hell”); the northernmost point of the island (Pointe de la Vigie); the city of Anse-Bertrand, or the sublime beach of Port-Louis. And if your wish is to stroll on the most beautiful beaches of the island, you will not be disappointed by Raisins Clairs, Coulée, Bois Jolan, or Sainte-Anne beach. These beaches are only a few minutes drive from your vacation rental in Guadeloupe!

Nous avons passés ma Famille et moi, un agréable et confortable séjour en Guadeloupe, dans une magnifique Villa. Les hôtes ont été accueillant ,patients et à l’écoute. Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
