This quiet, country-style vacation home enjoys an exceptional location. The Pradel shopping center (hypermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc.) is just a 2-minute drive away. It's also the ideal place to enjoy an evening drink around the marina, or to sample the cuisine of one of the many restaurants.
Take a day trip from the Saint-François marina to discover the Petite-Terre islands and swim with the turtles, or enjoy the magnificent beaches of Marie-Galante.
From Saint-François, you can also enjoy a wide range of water sports or play a round of golf. For the early risers, the sunrise at Pointe-des-Châteaux is a not-to-be-missed event.
The towns of Le Moule and Sainte-Anne are both less than 15 minutes from your vacation bungalow, so it's easy to explore them.
Allow around 1 hour to reach Basse-Terre and enjoy the many hiking trails and superb sunsets.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
