The Ti Zen bungalow is carefully and tastefully decorated, nestled within a beautifully landscaped garden—a perfect blend of charm and authenticity.Accommodating up to 2 people, this bungalow in Guadeloupe is ideal for a romantic getaway, whether for a weekend (with a minimum stay of three nights) or a longer stay on Grande-Terre.
The bungalow features a welcoming outdoor space with a dining table, a small outdoor sofa, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle...).
A door leads directly into a cozy, air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and a comfortable mattress, along with a wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower.
From the bedroom, two sliding glass doors open directly to the private plunge pool (2m x 2m), complete with sun loungers and large cushions for relaxation. A charcoal barbecue is also available.
The bungalow is tastefully decorated, with handcrafted details and accessories, such as the bedside lamps in the bedroom, the bathroom mirrors, and the headboards.
Rest assured, each accommodation is equipped with tanks for potable water and rainwater! For your convenience, there is a technical room equipped with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, coolers, ironing board, and iron.
The owners are attentive to your needs and welcome you with a complimentary welcome drink. Optional paid services include a breakfast or dinner upon arrival and paddleboard rentals.To make the most of your last day (beach, restaurant...), the owners provide a secure luggage storage room and an outdoor shower. You can return to the site before your flight for a quick shower and to collect your luggage!

You’ll appreciate the proximity to northern Grande-Terre, Pointe-des-Châteaux, and the surrounding beaches. Just a 2-minute drive away, the Pradel shopping center offers all the amenities you might need, including a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and more.
Saint-François is the starting point for numerous sea excursions to explore the islands of La Désirade, Marie-Galante, or Petite-Terre. It's also the perfect place to enjoy an evening drink by the marina or to savor the cuisine at one of the many restaurants.
The towns of Le Moule and Sainte-Anne are both less than 15 minutes from your vacation bungalow, making them easy to explore.
It takes about an hour to reach Basse-Terre, where you can enjoy numerous hiking trails, dive into the underwater world, or admire stunning sunsets.

We spent a week at this beautiful, new villa. Ti Zen is extremely well maintained, exceptionally clean and built with high quality fixtures. The lovingly cared for garden for each villa provides plenty privacy and includes an artistic outdoor shower in which to rinse off after a day at any of the gorgeous beaches. We relaxed in the outdoor sitting area with personal plunge pool and well equipped kitchen. A big thank you to Charles for his care and hard work. As previous owners of a bed and breakfast in northern New Hampshire, we appreciate this well run and well maintained property. We would stay here again and highly recommend it without hesitation.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
