Private and secured by a gate, this rental residence consists of five studios, and two apartments. This holiday accommodation enjoys an exceptional location, as it is only 250 m from a gorgeous white sandy beach.
It takes about 35 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport to reach the apartment, and 10 minutes to reach the village of Sainte-Anne or Saint-François. With a capacity of four people (four adults or children over 12 years old), the Inna Apartment is ideal for a stay with family or friends in Guadeloupe.

Here, the well-being of holidaymakers for the duration of their stay is the priority. The decor of the apartment is refined and imbued with softness. Each unit has its own intimate, private pool.
The Inna Apartment is spacious and perfectly equipped for two or four visitors. It features a comfortable and cozy air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed. Additionally, the air-conditioned living room, with smart TV, has a sofa bed that converts into a 140 cm bed.
The outdoor area of your holiday accommodation has a beautiful kitchen equipped with a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. The kitchen can be closed by an electric canvas blind.
Of course, from your terrace, you will fully enjoy your glass pool beneath the open sky. A perfect spot for sunbathing, or reading in the shade.
As a bonus, the Inna Apartment has been entirely designed to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility. Thus, everything is on one level, and the kitchen has been deliberately lowered so that everything is within reach.
Note that a common laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer is available (time slots have been selected for the use of this space, so that no guests are disturbed).

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
