Villa Coralia and Villa Parfum are twin villas, both rated 4 stars as furnished tourist accommodations. They can be accessed by car through a main gate and then via a path that serves each house, allowing you to park the car directly in front of the villa. Villa Yucca is the main house of the estate, accommodating up to 12 people. There is no direct view between the villas, ensuring you enjoy close proximity while maintaining your privacy.
True havens of peace, they offer beautiful amenities to their guests. Ideal for a large family or a group of friends, it is possible to rent all three villas (20 people in total).

Here, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the 3m x 3m saltwater pool, equipped with an alarm for safety, or lounge on the provided sunbeds in the beautiful tropical garden. Additional outdoor amenities include a shower and a swing, perfect for admiring the stunning view of Désirade Island and the Anse Salabouelle surf spot. Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
