Just 25 minutes from the airport, this carefully designed property is the perfect place for serene moments, whether as a family or a couple.
The villa's central location is ideal for discovering or rediscovering the archipelago. Downtown Gosier and the marina are less than 15 minutes away, while the beaches of Saint-Félix and Petit Havre are 10 minutes away.
To ensure your comfort and security, a private parking lot with electric gate and surveillance cameras is at your disposal. To make the most of the island and its attractions, we strongly recommend renting a car.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
