Upon entering, a leafy driveway leads you to the bungalow's main door, where a calm, soothing atmosphere awaits you. Inside, the air-conditioned master bedroom is distinguished by its comfort, with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), as well as a convertible sofa, offering the possibility of accommodating an extra person if required. Furnishings include a chest of drawers and a connected flat-screen TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video with your own codes .
The en-suite bathroom is practical, with a large closet for storage, a shower and WC. For an extra touch of relaxation, a bathroom door opens onto a sheltered outdoor shower, surrounded by wooden slats, creating an intimate, natural space where you can refresh yourself. A washing machine completes the space.
The 30 m² outdoor area invites you to enjoy moments of conviviality, with a table for meals, two deckchairs for relaxing in the sun, and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen for preparing your meals: fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, as well as a kettle.
