Your holiday rental is just 500 m from the beautiful beach of Leroux and only 5 minutes from the botanical garden of Deshaies. Secured by an electric gate, the parking lot of Villa Jaspe can accommodate two vehicles.

Access to Villa Jaspe is through the terrace, offering a view of the pool, with the garden and the sea in the background as soon as you arrive. From the terrace, wooden shutters allow you to access the fully equipped and functional kitchen, then the lounge area decorated in a cozy, cocooning spirit. On the same level are two air-conditioned bedrooms. The pretty master suite has direct access to the terrace. This room has a double bed, a dressing room, a desk, and a bathroom with a corner bath, a shower, a double sink and a toilet.
On the other side of the living room, a small corridor serves a bathroom with a bathtub, a guest toilet. And also a second pretty bedroom equipped with a double bed, a desk area and a French window overlooking part of the garden. The decoration is full of charm. Creating a calm and serene atmosphere in this
holiday home. From the living room, a staircase leads upstairs. Under the attic roofs is the third bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), and two small single beds (90 x 200 cm).
The exterior of Villa Jaspe is just as charming as the interior. The beautiful, shaded terrace allows visitors to take meals, but also to enjoy a stroll thanks to its comfortable garden (equipped with furniture to relax and sunbathe in). The terrace overlooks the pool, secured by a removable barrier. All facing the sea, in an intimate setting thanks to the lush vegetation. It is a haven of peace in Guadeloupe.

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines de rêves à la villa Jaspe. La villa est confortable, bien équipée et tout près de la magnifique place Leroux. Un jardin luxuriant entoure la piscine, rendant la baignade plus agréable encore.

Nous avons passé 6 jours exceptionnels dans la villa! Il ne manque rien: decor, jardin d'Eden et piscine somptueux, très bien entretenus, des équipements nombreux et bien pensés; la décoration est soignée et de qualité; la literie est confortable. Vraiment, il ne manque rien!! Sachant que la villa est située dans une jolie résidence, très tranquille, avec une plage et des restaurants à moins de 2 minutes en voiture. Il faut 10 minutes pour se rendre à Deshaie...Nous avons été conquis!! L'accueil était top, bien organisé, fluide et flexible. Un grand Merci àVillaveo et aux heureux propriétaires! Nous avons apprécié le pot d’accueil ainsi que le 1er petit déjeuner. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate à la plage. Néanmoins, la voiture reste indispensable pour explorer les alentours…

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
