Ideal for families or groups of friends, Villa Victoria can accommodate up to 7 people with its 4 bedrooms. The garden, which opens directly onto the sea via a gate, invites you to sunny days and swims at any time. At the back of the garden, a shared gate with the two other villas in the estate provides direct access to the sea.
The secure parking area, protected by an electric gate, allows for parking of two vehicles, offering you peace of mind throughout your stay.
How is this four-bedroom villa with a sea view arranged?
Upon entering Villa Victoria, you will be immediately charmed by the spacious living area, which combines a comfortable lounge with a television, a friendly dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, and NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine, along with a filter coffee maker).
This light-filled ground floor opens onto a terrace where you can share outdoor meals at the large dining table, enjoy an aperitif facing the sea in the shaded garden lounge, or perfect your tan while lounging on the sunbeds adjacent to the main terrace. At the end of the terrace, a garden that leads directly to the sea provides a charming setting for relaxing days with family or friends.
The ground floor of Villa Victoria also houses a small bedroom with its own shower room, ideal for providing comfort and privacy to one of the guests (only for one traveler, the bedroom would be too small for 2).
Upstairs, three additional air-conditioned bedrooms welcome you, including a master suite with a dressing area, a double bed (160x200), and a private loggia overlooking the sea. The other two bedrooms consist of one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds (90x200). Two modern bathrooms complete the upstairs, ensuring all the necessary comfort for travelers (one en-suite bathroom and one shared bathroom).
Outside, an outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue are available for you to fully enjoy your evenings by the sea.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
