Designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends, the villa features three spacious bedrooms, blending modernity with Creole charm. The private parking, secured by an electric gate, allows you to park two vehicles in complete peace of mind. The Katalpa villa also features a shared gate providing access to the sea, along with the three houses in the estate.
A car is recommended for exploring the island.
Villa Katalpa is built on two levels, offering bright and welcoming spaces for a perfect stay. It can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families or friends seeking relaxation. Upon arrival, you'll be charmed by the ground-floor living area, with a comfortable lounge equipped with a television and a sea view as soon as you enter the vacation rental.
The U-shaped open kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine, allows you to prepare delicious meals. This warm space opens onto a large terrace, where you can enjoy meals outdoors while savoring the gentle sea breeze. The garden, which extends all the way to the sea, becomes your oasis, and the deckchairs will be the perfect place to sunbathe.
Upstairs, Villa Katalpa features three air-conditioned bedrooms, including an elegant master suite with a double bed (160x200), a private shower room, and a private loggia offering a breathtaking sea view. A second bedroom, also with a double bed (160x200), and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x200) are ideal for children or friends. These two bedrooms share access to a common shower room, ensuring all the necessary comfort for the occupants.
To make your stay even more pleasant, an outdoor shower is available to cool off after a swim, and a charcoal barbecue invites you to enjoy memorable grilling evenings.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
