With 3 spacious bedrooms, it’s perfect for families or friends looking to unwind by the water. The secured private parking, with an electric gate, allows you to park up to two vehicles with complete peace of mind.
At the end of the garden, a shared gate for the three villas on the estate provides direct access to the sea. A car is essential for exploring the island’s treasures, but with the sea so close, you’ll never want to stray too far.

Villa Manureva spans two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. Upon entering, you’ll discover a spacious ground floor with a lovely living area. The living room is equipped with a TV and opens onto a dining area that leads to a fully equipped U-shaped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, and NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine). This inviting space opens directly onto a terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax in the lounging area.
The terrace leads to a peaceful garden, perfect for unwinding, which gives direct access to the sea, just steps away from the house. Outside, you will also find an outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue to enhance your seaside evenings.
Upstairs, the villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (160x200), while the third has two single beds (90x200), ideal for children or friends. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets ensure comfort for all guests (including one en-suite bathroom). One of the three bedrooms bénefits from a loggia to enjoy the exceptional sea view.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
