Villa Nayah is a charming villa located in Sainte-Luce, on the southern Caribbean coast of Martinique, close to the town of Sainte-Luce, a sought-after area known for its friendly atmosphere and stunning beaches. Gros Raisin Beach, just a 5-minute drive away, invites you to enjoy fine sand and turquoise waters.
Villa Nayah is fully fenced and secured with a gate, offering parking inside for the occupants. A car is essential to easily get around the island. Two to three vehicles can be parked inside.

Villa Nayah is spread over two levels, making this 150 m² home ideal for accommodating up to 6 people.
The main living area is located on the upper floor of Villa Nayah, accessible via an exterior staircase. It opens onto a balcony with a sea view, as well as a dining table perfect for enjoying outdoor breakfasts. The living room consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils) and a bright lounge with a sofa and smart TV.
On the same level, you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms with 160 cm beds, providing optimal comfort. One of the bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms share a second bathroom, also equipped with a shower.
The ground floor offers a large outdoor space with a 6x4 meter pool, secured by an alarm, perfect for relaxing moments, surrounded by sun loungers and bean bags.
A garden, featuring a charcoal barbecue, is set up for outdoor dining in a pleasant environment.
