Each of the 2 bathrooms attached to the bedrooms has a shower and a toilet, ensuring perfect privacy. The living room, bright and furnished with comfortable armchairs, creates a warm atmosphere. The kitchen, open and connected to the living room, is fully equipped. It includes an electric oven, a microwave, 4 electric hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker (filter and Espresso machine DOLCE GUSTO), a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine. The dining table adds a convivial touch to this space. The outdoor terrace, furnished with a lounge area and sunbeds, invites you to fully enjoy the tropical climate. The private pool, trapezoidal in shape (3.60X3.3x2.55X0.90), is a true oasis. Equipped with a protective alarm, it ensures safety and peace of mind. An outdoor shower completes the amenities of the Casa Doucè villa. The villa is located on the same property as the Douceur Créole villa (another 3-bedroom villa), each villa having its own pool. Très propre , fidèle à la description , bien équipée , bien située dans le sud ! Autre villa sur le même terrain comme mentionné dans la description mais pas de vis à vis direct surtout entre les terrasses donc pas spécialement gênant. Connexion internet parfois un peu lente mais pour ma part cela n’était pas contraignant pour des vacances ..

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
