The villa also features a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, and a sunbathing area with sun beds around the pool offering a breathtaking sea view. The private pool measures 6 meters by 3.5 meters. The villa offers beautiful outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning sea view. Propriétaire à l'image de la villa : exceptionnel ! Superbe villa avec une vue incroyable. Très confortable et endroit très calme. Propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins : merci pour son accueil, sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité. Point d'attention : la route pour parvenir à la villa est très pentue, il faut prévoir une voiture avec un moteur et des freins qui tiennent la route !

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
