Upstairs, three other bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed, and the last with two 90 cm beds, share a bathroom with WC.
The villa also features a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, and a sunbathing area with sun beds around the pool offering a breathtaking sea view. The private pool measures 6 meters by 3.5 meters. The villa offers beautiful outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning sea view. The beaches of Le Diamant are just a few minutes away, adding to the appeal of this accommodation.

Propriétaire à l'image de la villa : exceptionnel ! Superbe villa avec une vue incroyable. Très confortable et endroit très calme. Propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins : merci pour son accueil, sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité. Point d'attention : la route pour parvenir à la villa est très pentue, il faut prévoir une voiture avec un moteur et des freins qui tiennent la route !

14 jours dans une Villa confortable et très calme. Équipement à la hauteur de mes attentes. Nous avons pu partager de bons moments en Famille. Propriétaire, toujours à l’écoute et très sympathique. Sans hésitation, prêt à revenir et découvrir encore et encore cette Île chaleureuse

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
