The Mona Villa is situated in Sainte-Anne towards the south-east of Guadeloupe, an ideal location to discover the beauty of Grande-Terre as and enjoy a relaxing vacation in Guadeloupe.
This beautiful vacation home is a 100 meter walk away from the white sand beach of the Residence Club “Pierre & Vacances”’. This public beach is just perfect for an amazing day at the beach, with family and friends.
This Villa is located between the towns of Sainte-Anne and Saint Francois and equipped of course with an irresistible swimming pool. The various beaches along the coast are available to all looking to enjoy, in addition to the many restaurants on the Saint-François marina waiting to be discovered.
This brand new vacation home (2019) capable of welcoming a maximum of 8 travelers offers a very reasonable price for such high standard quality.
It is well adapted for families or friends looking to spend an amazing vacation in Guadeloupe. Villa Mona is just a 35 minutes drive to the Pointe-à-Pitre airport and gives easy access to both towns Sainte- Anne and Saint-François in just 10 minutes by car.
How is this superb villa in Ste Anne arranged?
The Mona villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms (two bedrooms with one queen bed and one with two single beds). Two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower however the third bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is very spacious and well ventilated opening up to the terrace.
The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare all your meals, being that the owner is a chef, it is very important that all travelers coming to his home have all the utensilst they might need to prepare the best meals possible during their vacation. The living area is very spacious, having an open access unto to the terrace through the glass sliding doors. The living area has many comfortable sofas and (one is convertible which allows the possibility of taking two extra travelers) chairs, a small office space and a flat screen television with Canal.
You would also love the various board games, the WIFI connection and bluetooth speaker Bose all available for use during your stay.
The terrace gives a nice open outside area to enjoy with a salt swimming pool centered in the middle, secured by an alarm and the sun chairs surrounding, it is perfect for all your tanning needs. An outdoor table and chairs is made available in the shade to have your family meals, a hammock and also a jacuzzi of 5 places.
The main advantage of the villa is its proximity to the beach. With 100 meters away all that you are missing to do is put on your swimming suit and dive in for an awesome sea bath.

What to do near the villa?
Whilst at the Mona Villa, you have the advantage of being in a central location ideal for discovering the rich nature of La Grande Terre. From your villa you have walking access to the public beach of the club “Pierre et Vacances”.
With a walk along the coast you could discover the long, beautiful white sand beach Bois-Jolan. Don’t hesitate to try out the other beaches of Sainte-Anne between the donwtown beach and the Caravelle. These two beaches are surrounded by a reef barrier and therefore ideal to enjoy baths in peace with your kids.
On the Saint-François side, you can enjoy the many water sports such as jet-skiing, kite surfing, water skiing or of course sea excursions with departures from the Marina. We recommend that you try a day at the natural reserve on the islets of Petite-Terre but also to visit the Pointe-des-Châteaux, one of the most popular touristic sites in Guadeloupe.

Dans la Villa Mona tout est pensé pour que le client se sente invité. C’est vraiment agréable, car il ne manque rien et les prestations sont de qualité. La maison est proche de la plage de Bois Jolan qui est magnifique et à une dizaine de minutes de Saint François.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
