The small beach of Anse à la Barque is the closest to your holiday home, located about 700 meters away on foot.

Upon entering, you will discover a spacious living area bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows, offering direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Nespresso machine, blender, and microwave, is next to the comfortable living room area, creating a perfect space for relaxing and sharing meals.
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms accessible via a corridor. On the left, the first bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for 2 children and a convertible sofa bed (140x190), while the back bedroom offers a double bed (160x200). These two bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the right, the master bedroom, with its double bed (160x200) and private bathroom (with toilet), provides direct access to the pool through its bay windows.
The covered and shaded terrace houses a dining table and a Weber gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The pool, extending from the terrace, is equipped with an outdoor shower and sun loungers for sunny relaxation.
On the day of your arrival at the villa, you will be welcomed with a reception and a fruit basket, as well as your first breakfast (bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, juice).

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
