The bungalow, located just to the left of the entrance, includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a connected TV (with access to Netflix and Prime Video with your codes). It has its own private bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and WC.
A few steps lead up to the main villa, where you'll discover a beautiful outdoor space. To the right, the salt-treated 4x2-meter pool with underwater alarm system is surrounded by deckchairs and a hanging bed, providing the perfect relaxation area. To the left, a large covered terrace, equipped with an outdoor lounge, leads to the first part of the villa. The living room, bright and open to the kitchen, has a large comfortable sofa and a smart TV (with access to Netflix and Prime Video with your codes), thanks to the villa's wifi. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator, Senséo coffee machine and filter coffee maker, plus many other appliances. It has a pass-through to the outside, facilitating terrace dining, and opens directly onto a covered area with a wooden dining table and gas brazier for convivial evenings.
From the covered area, stairs lead up to the bedroom area. Two air-conditioned bedrooms feature double beds (160x200 cm) with mosquito nets. Each has a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, and a private terrace.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
