This charming 4-star vacation rental is situated in the countryside of the municipality of Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe. Villa Les Hauts du Morne is just a 10-minute drive from Bois Jolan Beach and 5 minutes from a small commercial area that includes a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable stall, a pharmacy, and a bakery.Allow approximately 45 minutes by car to reach your vacation villa from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport.
How is this superb villa in Ste Anne arranged?
Built on one level, Villa Les Hauts du Morne can accommodate up to 6 people, thanks to its three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entrance to the house is from the large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine) and a beautifully decorated lounge area. The living space is well-ventilated with louvers on either side of the room and a large glass door that opens onto the outdoor terrace.
On each side of the living room, there is an air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm) in one, and two single beds (90cm x 200cm each) that can be pushed together to form a double bed (180cm x 200cm) in the other. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (shower and toilet). You will also have access to a small laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
The third bedroom is accessible from outside the villa through a door that opens onto the terrace. This bedroom also features a dressing area, a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm).
The house is partially equipped for people with reduced mobility (door width, bathroom facilities, built on one level, and an external access to enter the house).
The lovely outdoor terrace is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a dining table that can be protected by an electric awning in case of rain or persistent sun. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with several sun loungers, a deck chair, and an outdoor shower. You will appreciate the authenticity of the environment and the view of the vegetation, with a "morne" (hill) just in front of your terrace. Here, staying on the outskirts of the city, in the heart of the countryside, around the villa, local life takes place with its inhabitants and their daily routines. Villa Les Hauts du Morne blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment.>For your comfort, your vacation rental is equipped with Wi-Fi, a water cistern, and a charcoal Weber barbecue.
Please note that there is 165€ extra charge for the cleaning, that shall be paid upon check in.

This beautiful vacation villa in Sainte-Anne allows you to discover the beautiful nearby beaches, such as Bois Jolan Beach, the town beach of Sainte-Anne, or Helleux Beach if you are a surfing enthusiast.Being based in the countryside, Villa Les Hauts du Morne also gives you the opportunity to explore the hinterland and easily reach the town of Le Moule and its night market every Wednesday evening. In a 15-minute drive, you will reach the town of Saint-François, its marina, shops, numerous island-famous restaurants, but also the famous Pointe des Châteaux (15 minutes from the town of Saint-François), one of the must-see sites during a stay in Guadeloupe.Many sea excursions are offered from Saint-François, including the discovery of the islands of Marie-Galante, La Désirade, or Petite-Terre.And if you just want to take a stroll in the surroundings, we are certain that the neighbors will not hesitate to share the little country trails with you!

Concernant la problématique internet soyez assuré qu'un opérateur s'attache actuellement à trouver une solution technique pour que tout fonctionne. La configuration internet est "techniquement sophistiquée" et le diagnostic nécessite des compétences avancées. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez toutefois passé un bon séjour et apprécié l'accueil de Sandrine. Au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau en Guadeloupe ! MAJ 03/05 : la problématique concernant internet a été résolue, tout est opérationnel. La villa dispose désormais d'une connexion internet haut débit. En cas de coupure, une bascule automatique s'opère vers une liaison de secours ce qui permet d'offrir une continuité de service.
De la réservation de la villa jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour, notre prise en charge par Sandrine a été parfaite: accessible, échanges fluides, gentillesse, réactivité ! De plus, la villa est très jolie, agréable à vivre, très bien située, parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Je la recommande ! Merci Sandrine encore ! Très beau séjour dans une villa neuve ,moderne, épurée et très bien équipée. L’accueil par Sandrine était impeccable…Seule ombre au tableau est le peu de fiabilité du réseau internet qui a fonctionné 1 journée et demi sur 7…Les propriétaires,, bien charmants sont conscients de cette problématique et sont supposés régler cette situation pour le moins embarrassante en 2024…Bien vérifier que ce problème soit définitivement réglé avant de louer, à moins de vouloir vivre comme Robinson dans cette fort charmante demeure.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
