The superb Apartment Tropic is located in a secure residence on seventeen acres in the town of Saint-François in Guadeloupe and is just ideal for a holiday with family or friends. It is extremely well-situated with Anse Desrochers just a short walk away. The sea is shallow and protected by a coral reef making it a safe place for children to swim.
Thatched roof structures dot the beach protecting you from peak sun hours. Or maybe you prefer the swimming pool with its comfortable gazebo. In fact, a private and secure infinity pool of 1,000 sq.m—yes 1,000 sq.m!—can be found at the residence.
It will take you about 40 minutes by car to reach this holiday apartment from Pointe-à-Pitre airport. In only 10 minutes you can reach the town of Saint-François and all the amenities.

Apartment Tropic is located opposite the swimming pool on the top floor. From the terrace, you have an unobstructed view of the pool in the foreground with the sea as its backdrop.
This beautiful apartment in Guadeloupe has two air conditioned bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The bedrooms, both with a sea view and direct access to a 30 sq.m patio, are situated on either side of the main living area ensuring total privacy for their occupants.
The main living area has a spacious fully-fitted kitchen with a central island for dining purposes and a living room equipped with TV. The entire area opens onto a patio reserved for lazing and having fun with lounge chairs for tanning, a spot for cocktails and a long table for dining in front of the sea.
And for added peace of mind, the apartment is equipped with a water tank!

As you've seen, you could spend your entire holiday at the residence in Apartment Tropic between the beach and the swimming pool. However, we suggest that you head out to discover your surroundings by car. The town of Saint-François is only three kilometers away where you'll find all the conveniences plus a number of water sports (kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, kayaking), a casino, an 18-hole international golf course and a modern marina lined with boutiques and restaurants.
From the marina of Saint-François, you can leave for excursions to Saintes, Petite Terre…a full program is on the horizon!

Merci Suzanne pour ce retour suite à votre séjour à l'appartement Tropic. Nous ne manquerons pas de faire un point avec les propriétaires concernant la literie, l'accès aux chaînes TV et le micro onde. Concernant le séche linge cet équipement n'est pas coché comme étant disponible dans l'annonce. Pour les serviettes, est fourni à l'arrivée un jeu de serviettes par personne. En principe les vacanciers font ensuite effectivement usage de la machine à laver. Nous sommes surpris par la fréquence évoquée de lavage. Il n'est pas nécessaire de laver les serviettes chaque jour selon nous.Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez toutefois passé de belles vacances !

L'appartement est très bien équipé au niveau de tout ce qui concerne la cuisine, vraiment exceptionnel. Une très belle terrasse avec une grande table, un divan, très bien. Belles salles de bain avec grandes douches. Appartement très propre. La literie laisse à désirer cependnat et nous avons dû demander des serviettes supplémentaires pour éviter de les laver tous les jours. Le séchoir pour le linge était défectueux et nous n'avons pas eu d'information pour le téléviseur pour avoir accès à des chaînes ni pour le microonde. Pour l'environnement, très beau terrain permettant de prendre des marches, stationnement disponible, restaurant Ti-Co tout prêt et très bien. La piscine est exceptionnelle; le seul point à améliorer avoir plus de chaises longues, dès 8 h le matin, il en manque. Je recommande donc cet appartement, nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
