Located about 30 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, this charming holiday villa is situated on the outskirts of Basse-Terre, along the picturesque Route de la Traversée. This road connects the windward coast to the leeward coast, crossing the National Park and dense rainforest.
Less than 40 kilometers from the idyllic beaches of Grande-Terre, such as Sainte-Anne, Saint-François, and Le Gosier, as well as the lush beaches of the leeward coast like Bouillante, Vieux-Habitants, and Deshaies, the villa is an ideal retreat for families or friends seeking serenity and comfort.

The left door opens to an independent air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.
Taking the right door, you enter directly into the living area, open to the kitchen, creating a convivial living ambiance. Here, you will find a sitting area with a sofa bed equipped with a comfortable mattress that can accommodate 2 additional people, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services for your relaxation moments.
From the living room, you access the first air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size canopy bed and its own bathroom. The second air-conditioned bedroom has 2 single beds and its own bathroom; each bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower for optimal comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a microwave, and an oven, allowing you to prepare meals as if at home.
From the living area, you access the terrace to a dining area extended by a deck, offering a direct view of the vegetation and the private pool; direct access to the terrace is also possible to an intimate garden lounge that will provide all the comfort for a convivial aperitif. The uncovered outdoor deck allows you to enjoy a beautiful relaxation space with sun loungers; the pool is chlorinated and secured by an alarm system.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
