For lovers of nature and cultural discovery, the Jardin Botanique de Valombreuse, 13 minutes from the Java villa, is the perfect place to explore the local flora and relax. For hikers, the Ravine Tambour waterfalls are 18 minutes away, offering a superb waterfall and swimming pool. For a family experience, the Parc des Mamelles zoo is 20 minutes from the villa.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
